Recommends or establishes processes for decision-making necessary to sustain the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, including setting university priorities and allocating resources for major systems ISS projects, and oversees training for individuals involved in SDLC project activities. Advises the Vice President for Information Technology on policy impacting major MIS systems at the University.
